Care Assistant
Employment Type: Night Shifts / Full-Time Location: Springfield Nursing Home, Shanklin
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, individualised care and support for each resident, ensuring their privacy, dignity, and independence are always upheld.
Your role involves:
- Creating a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere by prioritising residents' needs.
- Offering a wide range of support, including physical, social, emotional, and psychological care, tailored to individuals.
- Respecting diversity and recognising that both staff and residents will have unique needs.
