About Bearehill Care Home
Bearehill Care Home is a beautiful Georgian mansion nestled in the charming town of Brechin, surrounded by tranquil gardens and scenic wildlife. The home provides high-quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 49 residents. With its sunny conservatory, sensory garden, freshly prepared meals, and warm, homely atmosphere, every resident is supported to live well and feel truly valued.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living, including:
- Personal care
- Mobility aid
- Nutritional assistance
- Emotional support
- Following care plans and observing residents to ensure safe, responsive, and consistent support
- Collaborating in a supportive team to foster a warm and welcoming environment, where trust and respect build strong relationships
This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to the sector, with comprehensive training, guidance, and ongoing professional development provided.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking motivated individuals who embody the following:
- A caring, compassionate, and respectful approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop in the care profession
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
- Desirable:
- SVQ Level 2 in Social Services (or equivalent) – or a commitment to pursue certification
