About The Role
Full-time (36hr) contract available Part-time (24hr) contract available
Care Assistant at a Barchester Care Home
You'll help residents enjoy each day by delivering high-quality care and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living needs
- Providing care, support, and companionship
- Sharing great moments and memories with residents
- Implementing care plans and personalised support
Each day will bring variety and opportunity to make a meaningful difference. As a Care Assistant, your role could involve:
- Supporting residents with food, drink, and day-to-day activities
- Ensuring one-to-one time is dedicated to each resident
- Developing care skills, refining your approach, and fostering career growth

About You
To apply for the Care Assistant role, you must possess:
- Experience (preferably) in caring for older people
- A can-do attitude and approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathy, warmth, and compassion to deliver exceptional care
- Strong motivation to provide the highest standard of support for all residents
