Night Care Assistant
About The Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your support will cover daily living tasks, providing both companionship and personalised assistance. Each day presents a new opportunity, with tasks ranging from:
- Assisting residents with food and drink

About You
We’re looking for a Care Assistant who meets the following criteria:
- Some experience of caring for older people
- A can-do attitude with resilience and adaptability
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect empathetically with others
- A compassionate and warm-hearted approach, prioritising high-quality care and support for all residents
