Salary

£13.05 - £13.30 per hour

Hours

Full Time, Part Time & Bank

Shift Pattern

19:00 – 07:00 (including alternate weekend working)

Your Responsibilities

As a Night Care & Support Assistant, your role will include:

  • Providing person-centred support to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life
  • Delivering emotionally effective and tactful assistance with personal care
  • Assisting residents with their mobility and activities of daily living
  • Encouraging social interaction through engaging, tailored activities
  • Building genuine friendships with residents
  • Contributing to a warm, inclusive, and team-focused environment

Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be 18 years or older

Recognised Care Standards Certificate (RCSC) or equivalent often welcomed, though not essential.
