£13.05 - £13.30 per hour
Hours
Full Time, Part Time & Bank
Shift Pattern
19:00 – 07:00 (including alternate weekend working)

Your Responsibilities
As a Night Care & Support Assistant, your role will include:
- Providing person-centred support to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life
- Delivering emotionally effective and tactful assistance with personal care
- Assisting residents with their mobility and activities of daily living
- Encouraging social interaction through engaging, tailored activities
- Building genuine friendships with residents
- Contributing to a warm, inclusive, and team-focused environment

Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Not require visa sponsorship
Recognised Care Standards Certificate (RCSC) or equivalent often welcomed, though not essential.
