Night Care & Support Assistant

Night Care & Support Assistant – Talbot View Residential Home

About the Role

Are you someone who genuinely wants to make a positive difference in people’s lives? At Talbot View, we’re looking for caring and compassionate people to join our Care Team.

You don’t need previous experience in care—if you’ve worked in customer service, supported your community, or simply have a natural empathy for others, we’d love to hear from you. What matters most is your kindness, understanding, and commitment to helping others feel safe and valued.

We provide a comprehensive induction and training programme, so you’ll be fully supported every step of the way.

If this sounds like you, come and be part of a team that truly makes a difference!

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred care tailored to each resident’s needs
  • Encourage residents to stay independent and active
  • Assist with personal care and mobility needs
  • Support residents in daily activities and ensure a positive, engaging lifestyle
  • Contribute to a team-focused, caring environment
  • Uphold HEART values: Honesty, Excellence, Approach, Respect, and Teamwork

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
