What We Offer

We’re Looking For
- Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
- At least 2 years’ experience in social care
- QCF Level 2 (or above)
- This is a full-time role working 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends
- Please note this is a position working night shifts

Your Role
- Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
- Support residents with personal care and daily living
- Encourage independence and wellbeing
- Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
- Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
- Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
- Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management
