What We Offer

We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
  • At least 2 years’ experience in social care
  • QCF Level 2 (or above)
  • This is a full-time role working 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends
  • Please note this is a position working night shifts

Your Role

  • Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
  • Support residents with personal care and daily living
  • Encourage independence and wellbeing
  • Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
  • Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
  • Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
  • Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management
