Night Chef de Partie Location: Prestigious Location in Silverstone

Hours & Rate:

  • Monday - Thursday: 11pm–3am (16 hours per week)
  • Hourly Rate: £18–£25 (depending on experience) (Note: Explicit £20.00 hourly rate also referenced—consider negotiation)

The Role: Chef de Partie (Night Shift)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Execute recipes and recipes with precision, ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety standards.
  • Station Management: Own the culinary production at your station: ingredients inventory, cleanliness, and workflow. Uphold BaxterStorey’s kitchen policies.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a flawless standard for taste, portioning, and presentation—delivering an experience that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Teamwork: Foster open communication and collaboration; support colleagues with a willing attitude.
  • Menu Innovation: Collaborate with the Head Chef to test and refine new dishes—finding ways to reimagine flavours and techniques.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Keep your work area—and the entire kitchen—operational:, equipped, and immaculate.
