HGV Class 1 Driver
Pay Rate: £37,556.58 + overtime available (1.5x rate) 5th and 6th shift (higher rate)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off - 2pm start time
Location: Coleford, GL16 8JB
DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a HGV Class 1 Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.
About the Role
As part of your normal duties, while maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Drive an HGV Class 1 as part of the DHL distribution service
- Work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on, 4 off rota
- Start at 0300AM or later (flexibility required)
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations
- Comply with all health and safety standards, including adherence to:
- The Highway Code
- Road safety rules
- Vehicle regulations

Requirements
We would love candidates to have the following experience but do not hesitate to apply if you don’t tick every box:
- A valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E)
- A Driver CPC Qualification
- A Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 12 months active experience using your HGV Class 1 Licence
(Proof of licensing may be requested)
