Night Concierge
Location
Chelsea Barracks – an ultra-high-end residential development in Belgraveia, featuring luxury apartments, penthouses, and townhouses with seamless amenities.
Working Details
- Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (20:00–08:00)
- Salary: £35,250 per annum (plus discretionary bonuses)
- Contract: Permanent position with career growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities
As Night Concierge, you’ll:
- Ensure a safe, positive environment for residents, guests, and team members
- Provide exceptional customer service, leading by example
- Handle queries professionally and build relationships with residents, guests, and contractors
- Proactively improve development performance
- Work effectively under pressure to resolve issues promptly

Requirements
✓ Driving: Must hold a full, clean driving licence ✓ Eligibility: Eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions (documentation required) ✓ Age: Must be over 25 (for insurance purposes) ✓ Experience: Proven track record in customer service, complaint handling, teamwork, and safety compliance
