About The Role
MTVH are looking for a Night Concierge to provide overnight support, safety, and security within our supported housing services. This role ensures residents feel safe and supported during the night, acting as the first point of contact for any issues or emergencies. You will be responsible for monitoring the building, maintaining a calm environment, and responding to incidents, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
Therefore, as part of the team…
- You will work independently while remaining connected to the wider Care & Support team, playing a key role in maintaining a secure and supportive environment overnight.
- You will engage with residents in a calm and professional manner, manage access to the building, and ensure that any incidents or concerns are recorded and communicated effectively to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide overnight cover and act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors
- Maintain the safety and security of the building through access control, CCTV monitoring, and regular checks
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, incidents, and safeguarding concerns
- Record and report incidents, maintenance issues, and interactions accurately
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all residents

What You'll Need To Succeed
- Experience working in a customer-facing or support environment
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in challenging situations
- Strong communication skills with a calm, professional approach
- Understanding of, or empathy with, vulnerable individuals and their needs
- Basic IT skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
