Join Our Team as a Concierge in London!
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy making a difference in people's day-to-day lives? We're looking for a proactive Concierge to join our dynamic team in the heart of London.
If you’re committed to maintaining high standards and resolving issues efficiently, this role is perfect for you.
Location: London, E3
Annual Salary: £30,000
Hours/Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7pm-7am
What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
- Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
- Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up.
- Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
- Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
- Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.

What You'll Bring:
- Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
