As Night Concierge, you will be a key ambassador of the hotel during overnight hours, delivering exceptional, personalised service while ensuring a seamless and reassuring guest experience throughout the night. You will play an important role in connecting guests to the very best of London, anticipating their needs and curating thoughtful arrangements, all while maintaining a calm, discreet and professional presence. This role is ideal for a confident and service-oriented individual who thrives in an independent, detail-focused environment and takes pride in exceeding expectations.

  • Anticipate and fulfil guest needs with efficiency, discretion and a personalised approach
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on the hotel and surrounding area, including late-night and early-morning options

  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy and a solution-focused mindset
  • Maintain a visible yet discreet presence, ensuring guest comfort, safety and wellbeing overnight

  • Support pre-arrival preparations and daytime operations through effective overnight planning

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
