£34,000 Per Annum + up to £4,500 bonus London, W8 7pm to 7am, 4 Nights on / 4 Nights off
About the Role
Professional Night Concierge with driving licence required at a beautiful residential development in Kensington. This key position ensures the highest levels of customer service to all residents and guests, acting as the primary point of contact for all queries.

Responsibilities
- Operate the concierge desk, with a focus on:
- Monitoring on-site security
- Managing guest and resident communications
- Handling service requests professionally
- Perform valet driving duties, including chauffeuring guests and/or residents
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety processes
- Provide 24/7 support and assistance to maintain a secure, welcoming environment

- Must hold a clean UK Driving Licence for at least 2 years
- Must be over the age of 25 (for insurance purposes)
- Must have significant prior experience in a similar concierge role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
