Hours: 40.25 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off - Monday to Sunday between the hours of 5:00pm to 8:00am.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant team of night workers. If you are self-motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you!
As a Night Concierge Worker, you will be working at our accommodation site, helping to create a safe, welcoming environment for people experiencing homelessness and housing challenges. Working overnight, you'll provide support, security and reassurance to tenants, complete building checks, manage incidents, maintain records and respond to emergencies when needed. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a commitment to safeguarding, equality and inclusion, and the ability to work independently. You'll use our internal IT systems to maintain records, communicate with the wider teams and complete training and tasks, as needed.
