Customer Service Assistant - Nights
Eurest at Amazon | Kettering
34 Hours per Week | £13.38 per hour | Between 7.30pm and 3.30am

Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with a smile?
We're looking for a Night Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly Eurest team at Amazon Kettering, helping to create fantastic food experiences for hundreds of colleagues every day.
Whether you're serving great coffee, replenishing food counters, operating the till or keeping our dining areas looking their best, you'll play a vital part in making every break a great one.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service every day
- Serving food and beverages with confidence and a friendly approach
- Operating tills and handling transactions accurately
- Replenishing food and drink displays throughout service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Supporting the wider catering team during busy service periods
- Creating a welcoming and positive environment for every customer
What We're Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Previous hospitality, retail or catering experience is beneficial but not essential
