Night Food and Beverage Assistant (Room Service)

The Night Food and Beverage Assistant is responsible for preparing and delivering room service orders during the night, ensuring excellent customer service, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.

  • Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Take and deliver room service orders promptly and accurately throughout the night.
  • Prepare and present food and beverages in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas, trolleys, and equipment during the night shift.
  • Restock room service items, including condiments, crockery, cutlery, and minibar supplies as required.
  • Assist with late-night guest requests, including dietary requirements or special requests.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and handling regulations.
  • Accurately post charges to guest accounts and handle billing queries professionally.
  • Liaise with kitchen, reception, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
  • Complete shift handovers and report any incidents or issues to the relevant departments.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and fire procedures in accordance with hotel policy.
