About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Catering Assistant to join our contract catering team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about:
- Food service
- Customer satisfaction
- Leading a team in a fast-paced environment
As Catering Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operation of the catering service, ensuring:
- High standards of food quality

Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support catering staff during daily service.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered.
- Assist with:
- Food preparation
- Presentation
- Service
- Monitor:
- Food safety
- Hygiene
- Health & safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with:
- Company policies
- Client requirements
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with:
- Cash handling
- Daily reporting where required
- Help achieve:
- Financial targets
- Waste minimisation

Requirements
Experience preferred but not essential.
