Night Hygiene Operative
Hygiene Operative – Night Shift (Brackley, Northamptonshire)
The Offer
- Wages: £13.65 per hour + £2.00 shift allowance
- Paid weekly
- Earn a minimum of £602.525 per week (before tax)
- OE payments available
- Referral bonus: £500 per successful recruitment

Role Overview
Join our fast-paced food manufacturing environment in Brackley, where hygiene standards are critical to operation. As a Night Hygiene Operative, you’ll support the production of short shelf-life products while maintaining high cleanliness protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow Company Cleaning Instruction Cards to ensure compliance
- Conduct machine pre-start cleans using chemicals and jet washers
- Wipe and inspect equipment to remove all residues
- Adhere to cleaning standards and timelines to enable on-time production

What Success Looks Like
You’ll excel if you have:
- Good English and numeracy skills (no previous experience required—training provided)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and adaptability to tasks
- Preference: Experience in production or manufacturing (not essential)
Side note: No Avian Pets/Poultry ownership permitted due to Bird Welfare policies.
