About the Role
ABP UK is part of ABP Food Group, one of Europe’s leading consumer food producers with over 60 years of experience. Known for quality and innovation, we supply and develop award-winning British beef and lamb products to global retail, food service, and wholesale customers.

We are now looking to recruit a Night Hygiene Operative.
Role Overview
This role involves working Monday to Friday (typically 8 hours between 17:30 and finish) under flexible arrangements as needed. No prior food industry experience is required, though a willingness to learn, professional attitude, and strong teamwork are essential.

- Starting salary: £13.62 per hour, progressing after completing the probationary period
Key Responsibilities
As a Night Hygiene Operative, your tasks will include:
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for hygiene processes
- Completing tasks to production deadlines while ensuring compliance with:
- Food safety regulations
- Any applicable legislation
- Company health and safety guidelines
- Food hygiene policies and procedures
- Showing flexibility to cover additional hours when necessary

Requirements
- Preferred (but not essential): Experience in the food industry
- Essential: Willingness to train, a professional attitude, and an enthusiastic approach
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines under supervision
