Night Life Practitioner – Sunndach, Yaxley, Peterborough
About The Role
Our Adult Supported Living Home at Sunndach, Yaxley (Peterborough), is looking for passionate and dedicated Night Life Practitioners to join our team.
The Opportunity
As a Night Life Practitioner, you will provide vital support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them lead fulfilling, independent lives.
You will assist with:
- Daily activities and personal care
- Community engagement and outings
- Companion support to enhance their overall well-being
We provide a company vehicle for transportation to community activities (shopping, meals, appointments, and outings). To drive, you must either:
- Hold a full UK driver’s licence, or
- Have driven in the UK for 2 years or more
Salary
- Starting rate: £12.85/hour
- Minimum experience pay: £13.85/hour
- Level 1: £12.85
- Level 2: £13.35
- Level 3: £13.85

About The Candidate
Requirements
You need: ✔ A genuine passion for care and commitment to helping people progress. ✔ Strong teamwork qualities. ✔ Resilience and confidence to seek support when needed. ✔ Excellent communication (written & verbal). ✔ Computer literacy. ✔ Ideally, a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or enthusiasm to work towards it.
