Night Life Practitioner
Life Practitioner (Night Shift) – Adult Residential/Supported Living Home
About The Role
Our Adult Residential/Supported Living Home at An Caladh House, Lincolnshire, is seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioners to provide essential 24-hour support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
As a Night Life Practitioner, you will:
- Provide overnight support to help individuals live independent, fulfilling lives
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, mobility, and safeguarding
- Accompany individuals on community outings, appointments, and social trips
- Drive the company vehicle (UK full licence or 2+ years UK driving experience required)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a 24-hour residential setting
- Support individuals in maintaining routines, health, and wellbeing
- Assist with mobility, personal care, and medical needs
- Engage in community-based activities (daily or as needed)
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment
Salary & Development
Starting pay: £12.85 per hour With experience: £13.85 per hour Additional pay bands:
- Level 1: £12.85
- Level 2: £13.35 (with progression)
- Level 3: £13.85 (with further development)

About The Candidate
Requirements
- Passion for care and a commitment to helping individuals progress
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills (written & oral)
- Computer literacy for digital care documentation
- Resilient, confident, and willing to ask for support
- Preferable: [Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification] (or willingness to work towards it)
