Night Life Practitioner
About The Role
Our Adult Residential Home is seeking Life Practitioners to join our team at Breagha House in Retford, Nottinghamshire.
We are looking for skilled Night Life Practitioners with:
- Compassion
- Enthusiasm
- Dedication
In this role, you’ll provide critical support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, empowering them to live fulfilling, independent lives. Duties include:
- Assisting with daily activities
- Escorting individuals on community outings
- Driving our company vehicle (must have UK driver’s licence, valid for at least 2 years)
Pay Structure
Starting rates begin at £12.85/hour, upwards to £13.85 for experienced professionals. Tiered progression available through our competency framework.

Requirements
- A genuine passion for care
- Strong teamwork focus

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Computer literacy
Preferred but not required:
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care
