The key role for you as our Night Manager will be to ensure that the service provided by the night reception team is beyond the normal guest experience that our guests would expect. Package & Perks
As a Night Manager, you will receive:
- Salary: £32,706.00 per annum (plus incentive)

Key Responsibilities & Duties
We are looking for a Night Manager who:
- Takes on Head of Department roles, overseeing Night and Front Office Operations and making critical operational decisions
- Ensures guest experience exceeds expectations, with full accountability for Health, Safety, Security, Licencing & Fire protocols
- Leads the Night Team by example, with opportunities to motivate, train and inspire Front of House staff
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office and deep knowledge of Opera PMS
- Commits to a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule, working 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM)

- Brings extensive experience as a Night Manager in a hotel environment
