Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- In this Supervisory role you will be working 40 hours a week and will be responsible for the overall co-ordination of all overnight operations within the hotel ensuring that the required standards are achieved at all times.
- Shifts are 5 days from 7 and the hours are 10:00 pm - 6:30 am (this includes weekends and bank holidays).
- You will be undertaking the night audit and completing associated duties and reports on a nightly basis.
- Assisting with late arrivals or early departures.
- Helping guests with requests or enquiries.
- Monitoring hotel security.
- Providing room service and drinks service to guests.
- Ensuring the hotel public areas are to the highest possible standards.
- Full training will be provided for candidates with a background in customer service and the right attitude.
- Successful candidates will undergo a basic DBS check (which we will pay for) which must be passed for probation to be passed.

- Competitive salary of £27,779 per year (£13.36 per hour; based on 40 hours per week; full time permanent contract).
