About the Role
The Night Manager plays a critical role in ensuring smooth, high-quality operations during Front & Night Office hours. You will:

- Perform key management responsibilities for all Night & Front Office operations, making critical decisions.
- Take full accountability for the hotel’s efficient and seamless operation during night duties.
- Lead the Front Office team to exceed guest expectations consistently.
- Prioritise guest satisfaction, ensuring needs are met beyond expectations.
- Assume full responsibility for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire compliance.
- Drive departmental performance and uphold the highest operational standards.
Requirements & Skills
Essential
- Proven ability to be a strong team leader, inspiring others to perform at their best.
- Experience in a similar Night Management or Front Office Supervisory role.
- Exceptional communication skills across all levels + strong commercial awareness.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Flexible mindset with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
