Night Manager – Part-Time (Village Hotel Club)
About the Role Our hotels operate 24/7, combining high-quality hotel services with a buzzing Pub & Grill and lively health club. As Night Manager, your focus will be on ensuring seamless, exceptional service throughout the night shift, from problem-solving on the fly to managing the night team across all departments. You’ll need strong leadership, adaptability, and an ability to drive efficiency while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the night team, ensuring they’re effective and well-supported.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and swiftly resolve issues that arise overnight, across all hotel departments.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with teams (reception, housekeeping, food & beverage, health club) to maintain seamless operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Oversee nighttime security, health & safety, and compliance standards.
- Customer Experience: Usher a world-class standards of service, even after hours—because guests don’t sleep, neither do we!
