From a Bradford market stall to the UK’s fourth largest supermarket, we are proud to be the Yorkshire food retailer serving customers across the UK via over 500 stores and an online home delivery service.
Our business is primarily food & grocery, uniquely sourcing and processing most of the fresh food sold through our own manufacturing facilities.
About the Role: Night Manager
We’re recruiting for a high-performing Night Manager to lead the night team and ensure stores are ready for customers the following day.
As Night Manager, you’ll report to the Store Manager and lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities include:

Customer Focus:
- Lead and empower colleagues to put customers first every single day.
- Listen, respond, and act on customer feedback to enhance their experience.

Store Availability & Operations:
- Maintain market-leading product availability across the store.
- Collaborate with other Managers to build a supportive, performance-driven department.

Team Management:
- Oversee departmental scheduling, absence, performance, and talent conversations.
- Deliver training to ensure teams have the skills and confidence to perform effectively.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to enhance operational flow.
- Identify and develop talent within the team.

About You
