Night Manager
Night Manager – Chelsea Harbour Hotel
The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking a dynamic and energetic Night Manager who excels in delivering exceptional guest experiences across all operational areas during late-night service. This role requires passion for memorable moments, attention to detail, and personalised guest service, with a strong background in hotel night front-of-house management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Front of House Operations during night shifts, ensuring sufficient staffing across all departments
- Maintain strict adherence to control procedures for financial matters, including accurate check logging and reporting discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate directly with the Front House Manager on matters concerning the Front Desk and Guest Services
- Conduct daily briefings with all Front Office staff to align on hotel operations
- Ensure timely guest communication, both written and verbal
- Facilitate comprehensive shift handover processes

Requirements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Multitasking ability to manage demands efficiently
- Proactive operational management
- Familiarity with Opera, H&S policies, and large-scale hotel systems
- Strong communication, guest service, and leadership skills
- Personable, calm under pressure, and flexible approach
- Approachable demeanour and clear focus for high-pressure environments
