Location: Holiday Inn London Camden Lock 30 Jamestown Road, London, NW1 7BY

With 130 rooms, spanning four-star comfort, the hotel caters to diverse needs. A five-minute walk from Camden Town Tube Station connects guests effortlessly to the vibrant West End and key train hubs like Euston, King’s Cross, and St Pancras International—all easily reachable by bus.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to oversee operations critical to guest satisfaction and safety. Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring guest safety and food service compliance.
- Conducting accurate night audits using OPERA.
- Gray-touring all departments, including Front Office and Food & Beverage outlets, to uphold high standards.
- Upholding the hotel’s commitment to exceptional service.
Shift & Compensation Details
- Schedule: 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off, with weekly shifts alternating to meet business needs.
- Working hours: May include weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Role includes responsibilities such as serving food and beverages.
Standards & Expectations
- Minimum 1 year of formal Hotel Front Office experience.
- Duty Manager experience required.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Opera Property Management Solution (OPERA).
