About The Role
Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Night Operations Coordinator to join their busy Gloucester Control Room. This is a central role within the operation, acting as the data hub for the wider warehouse network and supporting multiple depots across the UK.
You’ll play a key part in driving performance through data, supporting operational teams, and helping maintain a consistent, high-performing culture using best-in-class operational practices.
Full training will be provided on all internal systems – no prior knowledge required.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce and analyse daily and weekly productivity data across the network
- Monitor system compliance for up to 15 sites
- Support operational teams with system and equipment queries
- Communicate effectively with depots via phone, Microsoft Teams, and email
- Assist with administrative duties within the Gloucester operation
- Contribute to KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with teams at all levels of the operation
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and workload management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
- Flexibility to cover different shift patterns when required

Desirable (but not essential)
- Knowledge of OMS (Operations Management Systems)
- Experience with productivity reporting or data analysis
- System-based operational experience
