Location: Richmond, just a short walk from Richmond station and next to West London's famous Orange Tree Theatre.

The Role: Night Porter
As our Night Porter, you’ll be the friendly face securing our guests’ safety and maintaining our establishment’s perfection after hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, outgoing personality
- Operate independently when required
- Respond to guest requests promptly and attentively
- Check in late arrivals smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain high room standards and cleanliness
- Prepare for breakfast service the next day
- Conduct health and safety checks and audits

What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to offer outstanding service
- A friendly, approachable personality with a self-motivated attitude
- Experience in a similar customer-facing environment (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with guests and colleagues
- Extreme attention to detail to ensure everyone’s needs are met
Skills
- Fluent spoken English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
