The Role
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Night Porter to manage front-desk and security operations during overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary guest contact for late check-ins, early check-outs, and nighttime assistance.
- Reconciling daily charges, financial record-keeping, and handling cash vest.
- Security oversight: Key management, lighting checks, and monitoring premises.
- Ensuring smooth guest communication via portable phone system.
- Supporting night cleaning and supernatants, preparing areas for the next day.
- Managing emergency situations (calling backup if necessary).
- Reporting maintenance excellence or issues to management.
- Attending regular training and team meetings.

Experience & Skills Required
- Previous hotel/hospitality work experience (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and a service-minded attitude.
Schedule
- 7 days a week (weekends and holidays allowed when required).
- Overnight shift rotations to ensure seamless, secure night operations.
