We create lively, modern spaces for guests to work, eat, relax, play, and exercise. With locations across Aberdeen to Bournemouth and more openings coming soon, we rely on dedicated team members to deliver exceptional customer service and stand out in the industry.

As our Night Porter, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring first-class customer service runs smoothly while our properties are active 24/7—from check-in to room service and bar service. Responsibilities

  • Ensure exceptional night-time customer service across check-in, room service, and bar operations
  • Work autonomously and proactively to resolve guest issues efficiently and positively
  • Collaborate with all departments (hotel, pub, and fitness facilities) to maintain seamless service
  • Support the guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and accessibility throughout the premises
  • Utilise your versatility and adaptability to meet fluctuating night-time demand
  • Act as a first point of contact for night-time guest enquiries and concerns

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
