Your Key Responsibilities
Your presence ensures smooth, secure, and welcoming operations all night. Here’s what you’d handle:

Guest Experience
- Reception & Check-ins: Greet guests professionally, handle check-ins/outs, and assist with queries at reception, bar, or over the phone
- Customer Care: Answer enquiries with warmth and accuracy
- Security & Safety: Patrol the premises; perform evening security checks (fire doors, drinks/watches, etc.)
- Prep for Service: Ready restaurant buffet for breakfast and clean/rend for breakfast preparation
Setting the Scene
- Restaurant & Facilities: Maintain cleanliness and presentation of restaurant, lounges, and foyers
- Amenity Support: Ensure all spaces meet guests’ needs and operational standards
