Night Porter

£27,476.80 per annum / £13.21 per hour, 40 hours per week across 5 days

About the Role

Dunluce Lodge, the newest 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is looking for a Night Porter to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play an important part in the guest experience at one of Northern Ireland’s most exciting luxury resorts.

Responsibilities

As a Night Porter, you’ll help ensure our guests feel welcome, comfortable and well looked after throughout the night. From assisting with late arrivals and early departures to responding to guest requests, handling luggage and supporting the smooth running of the hotel, you’ll be on hand to provide a warm, professional and attentive service.

You’ll also play an important role in maintaining the safety and security of the hotel overnight, carrying out regular checks of the property and ensuring public areas are clean, tidy and ready for the day ahead. Calm, dependable and comfortable working independently, you’ll know how to handle any situation with discretion and professionalism.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
