Night Porter
Location: Hotel
We are seeking a hardworking, professional individual willing to work independently through the night.
Requirements
- You must be over 18
- Hotel experience preferred (not essential but advantageous)
- Must be computer literate (to operate hotel booking systems)
- All training provided

Responsibilities
As a Night Porter, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with an outgoing, friendly personality
- Work independently and be self-motivated
- Ensure guests’ safety and pub/hotel security during your shift
- Greet and check in late arrivals and address guest requests
- Maintain high room standards
- Set up breakfast service and conduct ** health & safety checks/audits**

Key Skills Required
✔ Fluent in English ✔ Microsoft Office skills ✔ Excellent communication skills ✔ Attention to detail – impeccable eye for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards ✔ Previous experience preferred in a similar role but not always required
