Are you a night owl?
We're looking for a Night Porter to join our team—someone who thrives at night, stays calm under pressure, and keeps operations running smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps.
The Role
You’ll be your hotel’s reassuring presence overnight, delivering your best based on varying guest and operational needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Guest Assistance:
- Handling luggage and travel arrangements
- Supporting additional guest requests (e.g., room amenities, food or drink service)
- Operational Support:
- Maintaining security and safety protocols throughout the night
- Assisting in the preparation of the hotel for the following day
- Acting with initiative to address unexpected challenges as they arise
- Flexibility & Adaptability:
- Adjusting to a fast-paced or unconventional shift
- Working independently when required

Working Hours
We operate 24/7, meaning this role requires team members available for:
- Flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, and nights)
