Night Porter
Night Porter - White Horses (Rottingdean)
Company Description
As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

As a Night Porter, you will...
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
- Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
- Ensure guest and business safety: security remains a top priority at all times
- In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay
