Role Description
The Night Reception Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Loughton. The Night Reception Manager oversees reception operations during night shifts, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-organized environment for visitors and guests. Daily responsibilities include:

- Managing check-ins and check-outs

The role involves:
- Supervising reception standards
- Maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating with other departments as needed
- Ensuring that policies and procedures are followed throughout the night
The Night Reception Manager is expected to:
- Act as the main point of contact after hours
- Provide clear communication
- Uphold a professional front-of-house experience
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Previous experience with Receptionist Duties, such as managing calls, greeting visitors, and handling check-in/check-out processes.
- Solid Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and oversee night operations efficiently.
- Prior experience in reception, front desk, hospitality, or facilities management, ideally in a supervisory or lead role.
- Ability to work night shifts reliably, maintain professionalism under pressure, and respond calmly to unexpected situations.
- Proficiency with basic IT systems and booking or CRM software; willingness to learn new tools as required.
- Relevant vocational training or a qualification in hospitality, business administration, or customer service is beneficial.
