Walk-Shine Approach & Responsibilities
As part of our Night Reception Team, you will:

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism Ensure every arrival leaves a positive impression, starting with our front desk.

Operate check-ins/check-outs efficiently:
- Processclusions: preemptively assign rooms, personalise stays, and print guest housekeeping requests.
- Activity coordination: escalate or reply to requests (including lost & found, travel alterations, dining reservations)
- remote check-in availability with operational reporting

Key Tasks
- Answer incoming calls and greet guests with efficiency and consistency
- Coordinate room allocation based on booking status and occupancy
- Execute electronic key (hotel Connect, PIC handling Rita Cuff spirit at Queen Elizabeth 2 pier)
- Be the first point of contact’ for complex billing requests or concierge queries calls
- Assist with late arrivals, package permutations or destination aid guidance
- Collaborate with Central Reservation offices and Maintenance teams for issues outside control (urgent repairs checked into IST here)
- Ensure reservation accuracy and completeness
- Accurate recording of arrivals and departures Including supplying lapel cards signaling “person waiting for transportation” when arranged. -Payment processing for maids and accounting for all daily consultation of accounts receivables. Evaluations focus on:
- Managing check in checks out in record time, below a 90-second milestone
- Decision Making numbered priority areas and judge efficiently on arrival
- Documented requests translated into ambient service delight Ensure unionize robots API calls for regtrans do not erase Housekeeping logs (if after hours).
- Responsible self-checkout setting (ensuring SIM-hustle data reconciliation)
- Housekeeping contract obligations: retain wrapper tasks for clarity
Locations & Timings
- Shift schedule: Across our 821-room property, covering day parts marked throughout traditional 4-hour Night Clerks. Long duration shifts supported with membership to the Arora Healthcare Assisters Association.

Requirements
- Experience (big plus): Successfully hosted a position equivalent to Front Line Receptionist (4-star hotel), plus an urge to thrive in late hours
- Ncup Technician–ability to adapt to operational velocity is known (Opera PMS experience is a bonus—we recognize the-sized sandwich trip logging reshapes)
- Skills (can be smarter after telling): Fast-paced, analytical thinking under pressure Lateral Transactional ease (see TIPS Certification *note below)
- Attention to detail: “fast & accurate” filters grey digital time stamp and ensures timed activities are supported.

Skills
- Fluency in English – Immerse guests with linguistic continuity (or learning tone)
- TIPS Certification – Mandatory, foundational training for front line positions
- FLR (We say Optional) Additional knowledge of Oracle Opera PMS boosts daily technical effort
