Full-Time (Contracts Only) Gross hourly salary – £13.58 per hour
About the Role

As a Night Receptionist at Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC, you will be responsible for:
- Completing all Night Audit work and managing Front Office functions during overnight shifts.
- Acting as part of a dynamic, valued team.
You will be required to:
- Respond to all guest requests, including concierge services.
- Provide a personal, friendly, and guest-focused service.
- Meet diverse guests daily with a passion for exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all Night Audit duties are completed accurately.
- Handle concierge and guest requests efficiently.
- Maintain a highly organised, detail-oriented approach to front desk operations.
- Provide a personalised, welcoming experience tailored to individual guest needs.
- Process bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments effectively.
- Support accurate accounting and revenue management.
- Maintain operative bedrooms, public areas, and systems before handing over to the day team.
- Operate seamlessly with Marriott’s PMS system (Opera).
- Uphold the highest standard of cleanliness and hotel operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Night Receptionist is essential.
- Proven ability in working across a 24/7 environment (front desk operates nightly).
- Demonstrable knowledge of accounting principles and revenue management.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure seamless night operations.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Willingness to work in adverse hours, including weekends/late nights.
- Confident use of technology, particularly Opera (PMS) systems.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are welcomed.
- Team-player mindset with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Highly adaptable and proactive problem-solving skills.
