Night Receptionist
Night Receptionist – Waldorf Astoria London (Admiralty Arch)
Location: Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch Opportunity: Pre-opening role for a luxury hotel opening later this year
This is a rare chance for passionate experienced luxury hoteliers to join the founding team and help shape the exceptional guest experience at this landmark property.

Nestled at the end of The Mall, opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will redefine luxury hospitality with:
- 100 elegant rooms and suites
- 17,500 sqft of private residences
- Two signature restaurants: Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud (Michelin-starred chefs)
- World-class spa and state-of-the-art fitness facilities
- Grand event spaces, including a 320-capacity ballroom

- Providing ultraluxury overnight front-of-house service, covering check-in, check-out, and all night audit procedures with precision and discretion.
- Addressing guest enquiries efficiently while maintaining consistently positive outcomes.
- Monitoring and reporting guest feedback/operational matters to Night Managers and Night Reception Supervisors.
- Maintaining impeccable service standards, professional conduct, and high-touch guest care at all times.
- Supporting team development through mandatory training and collaboration.
- Ensuring comprehensive knowledge of:
- Room categories, rates, promotions, and hotel offerings.
- Upselling techniques to maximise room occupancy and revenue.
- Processing foreign currency, credit card, and cash transactions accurately.
- Operating front-of-house systems and property management tools in compliance with policies.
- Upholding Hilton’s brand and service standards and assisting other departments as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience in customer-focused or service-driven environments.
- Positive, calm, and professional demeanour with ex italienne communication skills.
- Commitment to personalised, high-touch guest service.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards (essential for a luxury brand).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
- Competent IT and system proficiency (e.g., property management software).
- Availability to work overnight shifts.
