Night Receptionist - The Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge

Purpose of the Role:
- Assist in the daily running of the Front Office department
- Ensure all M&C procedures and targets are met
Key Responsibilities:

Night Operations:
- Manage check-ins/check-outs, including reservations, missing bookings, payments, and rate discrepancies
- Track arrivals/departures

Guest Experience:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional check-in/check-out experience
- Handle guest queries and complaints with resourcefulness
- Upsell hotel services

Customer Support:
- Be the first point of contact for guests
- Answer the telephone and address inquiries

Administrative & Operational Tasks:
- Proactively learn and develop administrative procedures, processes, and standards
- Ensure correct practices are followed
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Operating Systems: Experience with Opera Cloud/Opera
- Previous Experience:
- Hospitality front desk or customer service role in a hotel setting
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to multitask
- Well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Calm under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative teamwork
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Excellent problem-solving skills
