Night Receptionist
Night Receptionist – Park Plaza
We believe in a hotel experience tailored to the individual. As the Night Receptionist, you’ll be the first and last person our guests meet. Your helpful, proactive, and passionate approach will create a lasting impression each and every time.
About the Role
As a Night Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay.

Ideal Candidate
To thrive in this role, you should:
- Excel in interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effortlessly with guests
- Handle requests promptly, politely, and with kindness
- Speak fluent, clear English and communicate effectively under pressure

- Have prior experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in hotel reception or the hospitality sector
- Commit to a 4 on/3 off shift pattern (10-hour shifts: 10pm–8am)
