Head Receptionist (Night Shift) – Radisson Blu Heathrow Hotel & Conference Centre, London
Salary £27,040 per annum, equivalent to £1,316.00 per month ✨ Enhanced package benefits beyond standard holiday arrangements

The Role – Night Receptionist
Our mission: Deliver a superior service to guests during our late-night hours, creating a memorable and welcoming experience every visit.
Key Responsibilities

Warm welcome & guest interaction
- Greet with enthusiasm and set the tone for their stay
- Radiate approachability, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving attitude

Core operations
- Execute efficient and accurate check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage room allocations and key distribution via Opera Property Management System (PMS)
- Process invoicing, settlements, and electronic payments system administration

Guest service excellence
- Actively engage guests to explain facilities, schedules, and area landmarks
- Monitor and respond to inquiries via phone, on-desk, or through concierge channels
- Resolve complaints with efficiency, tact, and a focus on win-win outcomes

Collaboration
- Partner closely with housekeeping, operations and food & beverage teams for seamless guest flow
- Assist in triage of urgent housekeeping requests and F&B service requirements

Desirable Experience & Skills
- Proven background in a 4-star hospitality setting, ideally in reception or front desk roles
- Familiarity with financial reconciliation processes and POS/PMS (Opera preferred)
- Friendly personality, sense of fun, and a compassionate ear for guests with special requests
