Registered Nurse RGN or RMN Contract
Location: On the outskirts of Macduff
Care Home Overview: Our care home offers excellent Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 34 residents, ensuring top-quality support in a tranquil setting.
Salary: £19.47 per hour
Hours: Contracted to 33 hours per week

- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
Training and Development: Ongoing training, clinical updates, and funded development with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead, and Management roles.
Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, clinically led care while maintaining safe, effective, and person-centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice.

Responsibilities:
- Assess needs
- Develop and review care plans
- Administer medication
- Monitor changes in physical and mental health
- Lead shifts
- Support and guide the care team
- Make informed clinical decisions
- Respond promptly to changing needs
Skills and Requirements:
- Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
- Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment
