Night Registered Veterinary Nurse
Night Veterinary Nurse – Bolton • Animal Trust
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Night Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our compassionate team in Bolton, working alongside fellow veterinary professionals to deliver exceptional overnight patient care.
You’ll form part of a fast-paced emergency critical care environment, assisting across inpatients, theatre support, triage, and emergency procedures. Thriving in the high-pressure world of veterinary medicine, you should share our mission: affordable, accessible care for animals regardless of background.
As our Night RVN, you’ll split shifts with another RVN, ensuring continuity and quality of care throughout the night (approximately 08:00–08:30 hrs).
Key Responsibilities
- Caring for inpatients during night shifts
- Assisting surgical teams and clinical needs
- Managing emergencies and triage protocols
- Contributing to breakthrough treatment options aligned with Animal Trust’s vision

Working Conditions
- Rota: 5 on, 5 off averaging 40.25 hours/week
