The Role: Night Reservation & Guest Experience Agent

About the Team

Our Guest Experience team delivers exceptional service to guests and members—going above and beyond to make every visit memorable.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service—your passion for guest satisfaction drives everything you do.
  • Handle all incoming reservations-related calls and emails for:
    • Restaurants
    • Hotel rooms
    • Members’ services
    • Spa bookings
  • Work overnight shifts, typically 2 nights per week (23:00–07:30).

Requirements & Preferences

Ideal Candidates Will Have

  • Customer service DNA—your #1 priority is guest happiness.
  • Preferable prior (hospitality/reservation) experience.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Opera PMS (Property Management System)
    • OpenTable (reservation system)
    • Salesforce (customer relationship tools)
