The Role: Night Reservation & Guest Experience Agent
About the Team
Our Guest Experience team delivers exceptional service to guests and members—going above and beyond to make every visit memorable.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service—your passion for guest satisfaction drives everything you do.
- Handle all incoming reservations-related calls and emails for:
- Restaurants
- Hotel rooms
- Members’ services
- Spa bookings
- Work overnight shifts, typically 2 nights per week (23:00–07:30).

Requirements & Preferences
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- Customer service DNA—your #1 priority is guest happiness.
- Preferable prior (hospitality/reservation) experience.
- Familiarity with:
- Opera PMS (Property Management System)
- OpenTable (reservation system)
- Salesforce (customer relationship tools)
