Duties And Responsibilities
As Night In Room Dining Waiter, I will support the In Room Dining Manager and assume responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
Work responsibly, with a high level of unsupervised independence in executing all tasks. Assist in the coordination of amenity deliveries and doorknob procedures. Support the Minibar team with collection, sanitation and filling of glass water bottles. Answer outlet telephone courteously and efficiently as specified in department´s standards. Handle cashiering function, guest billing control as well as point of sale system and reporting. Perform food order delivery to guest room following internal and LQA standards. Be familiar with preparation, ingredients, and presentation of menu offerings. Use the appropriate glassware and tableware for the different orders. Have a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and F&B day to day activities. Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications
To execute the position of Night In Room Dining Waiter, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year’s experience in a similar operational role. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred. Familiar with Food and Beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development food and hygiene codes and controlling inventory Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
All candidates must hold the right to work in the UK to be considered. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
